Suciu Popa & Associates has advised Black Sea Oil & Gas S.R.L. and its co-venture partners Petro Ventures Resources S.R.L and Gas Plus International B.V. on signing a Gas Sales Agreement with ENGIE subsidiary Engie Energy Management Romania S.R.L. for natural gas supply from the Midia Gas Development Project.
Under the agreement, which remains subject to a "Final Investment Decision," ENGIE will purchase gas from the Ana and Doina gas reservoirs for a minimum of ten years. Expected contractual volumes at project completion represent .5 billion cubic meters per year.
The project was coordinated by Suciu Popa & Associates Managing Partner Miruna Suciu and Partners Cleopatra Leahu and Andrei Georgescu.
