RTPR Allen & Overy Advises Arobs Transilvania on Acquisition of SAS Grup

RTPR Allen & Overy has advised Arobs Transilvania on the acquisition of SAS Grup, the company that owns alarma.ro. Solo Practitioner Gabriela Stanescu advised the SAS Grup on the deal, which was signed in August of this year and closed in October.

According to a statement on the alarma.ro website, "SAS Group Company is the largest manufacturer and supplier of GPS systems in Romania and its object of activity is to design, project, develop and produce GPS surveillance and monitoring solutions for vehicles and people. In 2007, SAS Group has become the leader of the Romanian alarm and GPS fleet monitoring systems, and it holds this position ever since."

Arobs Transilvania Software is a Cluj-based IT company specializing in software development for mobile applications and GPS equipment distributors.
