PNSA has advised private healthcare chain Medicover on its acquisition of the Phoenix Medical Center, which has a network of eight medical centers in Southwest Romania.
This is the third significant transaction in which PNSA assisted Medicover in 2018, following the acquisition of Pelican Hospital (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 24, 2018) and the acquisition of Academica Medical Centers (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 16, 2018).
PNSA’s team was led by Partner Silviu Stoica and included Managing Associates Vlad Ambrozie, Camelia Constantin, Codrin Luta, Ioana Dumitru and Luana Dragomirescu, Senior Associate Cristina Marcu, and Associates Elena Eftene, Ioana Avram, and Ana Stoenescu.
