Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Swietelsky Romania on its successful tender for a public procurement contract involving the “Rehabilitation of the Pedestrian Tunnel, Railway Platforms and Coverings, Water-Sewage Networks for the Sibiu Station” by Romania's National Railroad Company.
PNSA's assistance includes successful representation in litigation initiated by other bidders challenging the award before the National Council for Solving Complaints and the Brasov Court of Appeal.
