The Bucharest office of Wolf Theiss has assisted BT Investments with the sale of 100% shares of BT Operational Leasing to Autonom Services and Autonom International. RTPR Allen & Overy advised both Autonom Group companies in the acquisition.

As a result of the transaction, which was signed on April 27, 2018 and finalized on June 29, 2018, Banca Transilvania Financial Group established a partnership with Autonom, a mobility network in Romania. According to Wolf Theiss, this partnership will allows the bank's clients to access an extended mobility package, which includes leasing, fleet management, road assistance, auto rentals, and rental of cars with drivers.
