Andreea Suciu, former Head of Employment & Pension at Noerr in Romania, has founded a boutique employment law firm: Suciu | The Employment Law Firm.

Suciu had been with Noerr since November 2005, and she had been appointed to lead the office's Employment practice in May 2013.

Commenting on her new endeavor, Suciu said: “This year we intend to focus primarily on becoming well-known. We hope that through the innovative products we promote and the high quality legal advice we offer we shall become the ‘The Employment Law Firm of Choice.’ If we become successful at that, all other things (attracting big clients and extending our team) will follow naturally.”

For projects involving tax consultancy or legal advice in other areas of law, the firm has announced that it “collaborates with carefully selected partners.”
