Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has assisted AFI Europe in the acquisition of 43,000 square meters of land close to Bucharest's AFI Park office development and shopping mall from New Century Holdings.
The value of the transaction is estimated at EUR 23 million.
The NNDKP team was led by Partner Vlad Tanase, assisted by Managing Associate Ioana Grigoriu and Associate Alexandru Domsa.
