Kinstellar and Sidley Austin have advised Pandora Media Inc. on its EUR 145 million acquisition of AdsWizz Inc., a digital audio ad tech firm.
Pandora Media is a media streaming services company that provides music discovery platform services in the United States and internationally. According to Kinstellar, the transaction will enable the company to increase its access to the growing audio streaming market.
AdsWizz was founded in 2008 by Belgian Internet entrepreneur Philippe-Alexandre Leroux, who is also the company’s Chief Operating Officer.
The Kinstellar team was led by Managing Partner Razvan Popa and included Managing Associate Diana Condurache and Associate Patricia Piticas.
