Kinstellar has advised US-based Idera Inc. on its acquisition of Froala Labs, a Romanian start-up which develops tools for web and mobile app programmers.
Kinstellar’s team, which advised on all Romanian law aspects of the transaction, included Managing Partner Razvan Popa, Managing Associate Diana Condurache, and Associates Andrei Caloian, Madalina Perte, and Patricia Piticas.
Kinstellar did not reply to an inquiry about counsel for sellers.
