Noerr Advises Messer on Buse Gaz Takeover in Romania
Noerr has advised Germany's Messer group on its take-over of the Buse Gaz company, which provides delivery services for industrial gases in Romania. Buse Gaz reportedly was represented by CMS Romania.
The transaction was approved by Romania's Competition Council in May.
Noerr's team included Partner Rusandra Sandu and Senior Associates Cristina Stamboli and Luisa Bedros.
