Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has advised Peeraj Brands International on the EUR 33 million sale of a 100% stake in Shoe Express S.A. to the Polish footwear retailer CCC.
The transaction was conducted through CCC’s subsidiary CCC Shoes & Bags.
The TZA team was led by Partner Dan Borbely and included Managing Associate Razvan Mircea, Senior Associate Raluca Chelaru, and Associate Ana Parvu-Ratoi.
