RTPR Allen & Overy has advised a syndicate of banks made up of ING Bank N.V., Banca Comerciala Romana, Raiffeisen Bank SA, and UniCredit Bank SA in relation to a credit facility of USD 360 million granted to KMG International.
The RTPR Allen & Overy team was coordinated by Partner Victor Padurari and Senior Associate Poliana Gogu-Naum and included Counsel Andreea Burtoiu, Managing Associate Bianca Eremia, Associate Anca Nistoroiu, and Junior Associates Andreea Trica and Loredana Duica. A team of lawyers from Allen & Overy’s Bratislava office worked on the deal as well, led by Counsel Attila Csongrady, and including Senior Associate Peter Redo and Lawyer Petra Dzubakova.
