PNSA has advised the Somaco Group on several multimillion credit facilities granted by BRD Societe Generale and Banca Transilvania.
The Somaco Group is an affiliate of Sweden's Oresa Ventures investment fund.
The firm's team was led by Partners Alexandru Ambrozie and Codrin Luta, and also included Associates Teodora Cazan and Diana Dobra.
