Zamfirescu Racoti & Partners has named Associate Professor Mirela Gorunescu the new coordinator of its Business Crime Practice, which she takes over from recently departed head Antoniu Obancia.
Gorunescu also remains Vice Dean of the Nicolae Titulescu Faculty of Law in Bucharest.
According to ZRP, "her track record recommends her for assisting and representing clients in complex business crime related cases at all stages of the criminal trial, mainly in those dealing with economic-financial crimes, abuse of office and corruption, as well as criminal acts in the competence of the specialized structures of the Prosecutor's Office."
