Stratulat Albulescu has hired former Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii Managing Associate Ramona Iancu as Partner for its Corporate and M&A team.
Stratulat Albulescu describes Iancu as a "specialist and experienced lawyer in Mergers & Acquisitions, Antitrust and State Aid." According to the firm, "she has a proactive approach and possesses an in-depth knowledge of business affairs. Her practice areas include industry sectors such as Telecom & Media, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, and FMCG. She has advised many private equity funds on their investments in the Romanian market."
Iancu began her career with Vilau & Mitel immediately after graduating from the University of Bucharest in 2006. After four and a half months there she moved to PNSA, where she worked for the past seven years.
According to a Stratulat Albulescu press release, “the recruitment of Ramona and [newly hired associate Silvana Zecheru] is part of the firm’s continued growth in the practice areas of the firm in accordance with its strategy.”
