Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii assisted longstanding client Auchan with the acquisition of OK Supermarket network, which consists of three stores located in and around Bucharest.
PNSA assisted Auchan in several transactions during 2017, including on its partnership with Petrom, the opening of several supermarkets (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 14, 2017), and on its land acquisition from Plaza Centers (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 20, 2017).
