Biris Goran has represented One United Properties in a private placement bond issuance of EUR 20 million bonds maturing at four years through private placement for the development of high end real estate in Bucharest.
Biris Goran describes One United Properties as "a leading real estate developer of premium residential compounds in Bucharest, Romania." According to the firm, "the bonds will improve the company's capital structure and provide liquidity for new residential developments."
The firm's team consisted of Daniela Lazea, Christian Mindru, and Mariana Signeanu. According to Mindru, "financing through bonds issuance is rather undeveloped in Romania compared to other jurisdictions and we hope that such alternative method of financing adopted by One United Properties shall pave the way for others in the near future."
