Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law is reporting that former Voicu & Filipescu Partner Florin Dutu has joined the firm as a Partner to head its Litigation and Arbitration practices.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, Dutu "has almost 20 years of experience in litigation with an emphasis on corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and energy disputes."
At Voicu & Filipescu Dutu was head of the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice. Previously, he was a Partner and Co-Head of Dispute Resolution with CMS Cameron McKenna in Bucharest and Named Partner and Deputy Managing Partner at Stefanica Dutu & Partners.
