Musat & Asociatii has announced the promotion of lawyers Vlad Cordea, Bogdan Mihai, Bogdan Riti, and Liviu Togan to Partner.
Cordea specializes in energy and natural resources, infrastructure and PPP, commercial law, and capital markets. He first joined the firm as Senior Associate in October 2007 from Benclinov & Asociatii. He left to join Kinstellar in March 2012 but returned to the firm in July 2014.
Mihai has worked with Musat & Asociatii his entire career and specializes in TMT, IT, and data protection.
Riti specializes in corporate, commercial, and M&A matters as well as on labor law. He first joined the firm in 2003.
Togan, who joined the firm in January 2016, specializes in white collar crime, corporate and commercial law, and litigation/dispute resolution. Prior to Musat, he was a Partner with Mircea Andrei & Asociatii, where he worked since March 2001. Between March 2005 and January 2009, he was seconded to PSV Company SA as its Legal Director.
The firm also announced that five lawyers were promoted to Managing Associate and 12 to Senior Associate as part of the promotion round, which became effective on March 1.
