Leroy si Asociatii has announced that Iulia Stanciulescu-Ilie has joined the firm to head its Dispute Resolution Practice.

Stanciulescu-Ilie, who specializes in commercial, tax, and administrative litigation, as well as in arbitration, has over 10 years of experience, including positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dragne & Asociatii, in various positions with Zamfirescu, Racoti & Partners and Groupe Societe Generale, and as a Judge in the Court of First Instance, Buftea. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2006.

"I am excited to start this new challenge with Leroy si Asociatii and look forward to working with the team to further develop their already extensive expertise in litigation and arbitration," commented Stanciulescu-Ilie, in a statement released by Leroy si Asociatii. "We represent our clients in all stages of disputes in a broad range of business law areas, from advising our clients in drafting settlements to enforcing judgments. I am happy and very fortunate to be joining such a respected law office that prides itself on excellence, reliability and tailored advice."

"We are proud to add Iulia to our team, in our constant effort to deliver excellent services to our clients," said Bruno Leroy, Founding Partner at Leroy si Asociatii, in that same statement. "We view this new addition also as a sign of our commitment to provide best services and support to our clients and to further develop our litigation and arbitration practice. Our new initiatives and increasing demands from our clients led us to look for an additional member to our team, and it is very fortunate that we were able to find someone of Iulia's caliber who will play a key role in providing high quality services to our clients."
