Drakopoulos’ IP team in Romania successfully represented Christian Lacroix in defending against the dismissal of its registered trademark.
A trademark opposition was filed in 2013 by the Roger Lacroix brand to the Romanian Trademark office (OSIM). The claim was that of a substantial risk of confusion if the Roger Lacroix trademark was registered. The firm informed that the OSIM has recently accepted the opposition, dismissing the application in its entirety and issued a decision that is irrevocable.
The lead Partner from Drakopoulos working on the case was Adrian Roseti.
