Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Societe Generale Group's leasing division ALD Automotive on its merger with LeasePlan.
LeasePlan is a fleet management and mobility company. According to PNSA, the merger brings together two industry giants under a single global brand, Ayvens, and creates a new leader in the sustainable mobility sector. With operations spanning 42 countries, Ayvens aims to drive the global transition to net-zero mobility and accelerate digital transformation in fleet management.
