Stratulat Albulescu has advised ELI Parks on leasing 4,500 square meters of logistics and office space in ELI Park 4 to Sika.
ELI Parks is a logistics company with several projects in Bucharest, Ploiesti, Iasi, and Bacau.
Sika is a specialty chemicals company. It has subsidiaries in 103 countries around the world.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, "this addition of logistics and office leases significantly bolsters ELI Parks’ portfolio, aligning seamlessly with the diverse mix of tenants the developer has aimed to attract since its inception. ELI Park 4, as well as all parks developed within ELI Parks, offer a complete package of 'built-to-suit' services for production and storage facilities."
