BNT Gilescu Valeanu & Partners has advised Czech renewable energy producer Solar Global on its acquisition of a ready-to-build project for a 4.6-megawatt photovoltaic park in Arad County, Romania.
The Solar Global Group consists of 14 segments and more than 10 international subsidiaries that handle the process of PV construction and operation. The group boasts 15 years of experience in the renewable energy market and expects to have over 150 megawatts-peak in installed capacity by 2026, spread over more than 140 installations.
