Bulboaca & Asociatii has recently announced the promotion of Partner Catalin Petrea to the position of Deputy Managing Partner, a first in the firm's history.
"Together with a solid understanding of the Romanian market and business environment," according to the firm, "Catalin's experience stands out through successfully completed projects in capital restructurings, insolvencies, and banking and financial transactions." Petrea joined the Bulboaca & Asociatii team back in 2012.
"With great professional and, equally, personal joy, I announce the introduction of the Deputy Managing Partner position and the appointment, since the beginning of the year, of our fellow Partner Catalin Petrea," Managing Partner Adrian Bulboaca commented. "It is, in fact, the formalization of a position that Catalin has been successfully exercising in recent years."
