Stratulat Albulescu has advised Eli Parks on the lease agreement with Portuguese environmental services company Sopsa for premises covering 6,400 square meters in Eli Park 4, outside Bucharest. Wolf Theiss advised tenant Sopsa Eco Innovation.

"This logistics lease adds a significant anchor to ELI Parks’s portfolio and fits in the mix of tenants the developer has targeted since inception," the firm announced.

The Eli parks offer built-to-suit premises for production and storage facilities. The Eli Park 4 near Bucharest just delivered 21,000 square meters of space in the third quarter of 2023. Eli Parks has several projects near Bucharest, Ploiesti, and Bacau.

Founded in 1992, with production units in northern Portugal and now also in Romania, Sopsa has significant experience in waste management solutions. "The company’s portfolio includes a wide collection of containers for the storage of mixed and selective waste, marketed under the Lasso brand," Stratulat Albulescu reported.

The Stratulat Albulescu team included Senior Associate Daiana Assoum and Associate Irina Caragea.

The Wolf Theiss team included Partner Roxana Roman (Dudau) and Senior Associate Andreea Carare.
