Musat & Asociatii has advised Visionapartments on the development of the Visionapartments luxury aparthotel on Bucharest's Calea Victoriei.
According to Musat & Asociatii, "EUR 23 million were invested in this project, which comprises 106 fully furnished luxury apartments for medium and long-term rent and a spa, as well as meeting and events rooms and two restaurants."
Back in 2021, Visionapartments acquired the Ramada Majestic Hotel on Calea Victoriei and started the renovation of the building (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 16, 2021).
