RTPR has advised private equity fund Sarmis Capital on its acquisition of a majority stake in the BMF Grup facility management company. Dentons advised BMF Grup.
Established in 2019, independent private equity fund Sarmis Capital is dedicated to investments in Central and Eastern Europe, and primarily in Romanian entrepreneurial companies.
The BMF Grup is an integrated facility management company in Romania.
