Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has announced it is acting as the exclusive legal advisor for Romanian swimmer David Popovici.
According to PNSA, David Popovici is “the current, and one of the youngest ever, holder of the world record in the long course 100-meter freestyle, being also the world champion for men 100-meter and 200-meter freestyle.”
According to the firm, the scope of their work covers “various partnerships involving the assignment and use of IP rights, registration of trademarks, negotiation, and execution of various endorsement contracts.”
PNSA’s team is led by Deputy Managing Partner Bogdan Stoica.
