BPV Grigorescu Stefanica has advised Bucharest-based software and infrastructure company Incrys on its acquisition of Usource.
Usource is a Cluj-Napoca-based information technology services company.
"Usource is an excellent company with a lot of potential, potential which is directly linked to the quality of its people," Incrys CEO Andrei Sandu commented. "The acquisition is a big milestone in our ambitious growth plans for 2023 and beyond."
The BPV Grigorescu Stefanica team was led by Managing Associate Iulia Dragomir and included Senior Associate Laura Popa and Associate Ana Maria Rotariu.
