Vlasceanu & Partners has advised the Photon Energy Group on the development of several renewable energy projects in Romania with a total capacity of roughly 27 megawatts.
According to the firm, the projects are in different stages of development, including construction and the start of operations.
The Photon Energy Group is an Amsterdam-headquartered company that specializes in the development of solar power and water solutions.
"We see in the last period more and more investors penetrating the renewable energy market in Romania," Vlasceanu & Partners Partner Loredana Vlasceanu commented. "RES project developers have become more sophisticated, and the market is still one of the most interesting markets for RES projects in Europe." According to her, the Photon Energy Group is "one of the few investors that managed to construct several projects at the same time and rapidly move forward towards the operational stage."
