Clifford Chance Badea has advised UniCredit Bank in Romania on its RON 488.5 million corporate bond issuance.
According to Clifford Chance, the issuance was oversubscribed by local institutional investors and international financial institutions.
UniCredit Bank is a European commercial bank with franchises in Italy, Germany, and CEE.
The Clifford Chance Badea team was led by Partner Madalina Rachieru-Postolache and included Senior Associate Gabriel Toma and Lawyer Nicolae Grasu.
