Popovici, Nitu, Stoica & Asociatii has advised Paval Holding on its acquisition of U Center 1 from Forte Partners. PeliPartners advised Forte.
According to PNSA, U Center 1, the first phase of the U Center office project in Bucharest, “comprises a modern eight-floor office building with a gross leasable area of around 30,000 square meters of A-class premises.”
Paval Holding is a Romanian holding company owned by Dragos and Adrian Paval.
Earlier this year, PNSA advised Paval Holding on its acquisition of Dacia One from Atenor (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 17, 2022).
