BPV Grigorescu Stefanica has advised Innoship Technology, its shareholders, and investor Gapminder on an investment by Abris Capital Partners portfolio company Alsendo. Filip & Company advised Alsendo.

According to BPV Grigorescu Stefanica, "the transaction was completed in October 2022 and sees the Alsendo Group becoming a majority shareholder in the company, with the co-founders retaining the remaining shareholding. Venture capital investor Gapminder VC, a leading venture capital fund investing in technology companies, has exited its investment. The co-founders will continue to run and expand the business of Innoship throughout Europe, while taking additional responsibilities at the level of the Alsendo Group."

Alsendo is a Polish brand that aggregates shipping technology services Apaczka.pl, Sendit.pl, Superpaczka.pl, Zaslat.cz, Innoship.com, LepszyKurier.pl, and others. The company operates in the Polish, Romanian, and Czech markets.

The Innoship platform offers fast delivery options for retail and e-commerce businesses.

In 2020, BPV Grigorescu Stefanica advised Innoship on receiving EUR 550,000 in seed funding from GapMinder VC (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 17, 2020).
