Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised Multimedia Est on its acquisition of the Hotnews group from Media Bit Software and Smile Media. Solo practitioner Oana Coroian reportedly advised the sellers.
Multimedia Est is an independent Romanian film production company, part of the ZYX Publishing Group, which owns websites TotulDespreMame.ro, LoveDeco.ro, SmartLiving.ro, Panorama.ro, and B365.ro.
The Hotnews group operates in the Romanian online news market.
