Vlasceanu Nyerges & Partners has advised Eurowind Energy on its acquisition of a 48-megawatt wind project in Pecineaga, Romania. Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii advised the seller.
According to VNP, this is "a ready-to-build project, being the first to have launched a firm order for wind turbines from Siemens Gamesa since 2014."
The VNP team was led by Partner Mihaela Nyerges and included Senior Associate Monica Cune-Ghitescu and Junior Associate Diana-Alexandra Dulama.
The PNSA team included Partners Valentin Creata and Vlad Neacsu, Managing Associate Ioana Cazacu, Senior Associates Cristiana Blei and Bianca Tarascu, and Associates Diana Enache and Alina Georgescu.
