Filip & Company has advised Promateris shareholders Florin Pogonaru and Tudor Georgescu on the sale of a 24% stake in their company to Paval Holding.
Promateris is a Romanian manufacturer of biodegradable and compostable packaging. Paval Holding is a holding company owned by Dedeman-founders Dragos Paval and Adrian Paval.
Filip & Company’s team included Partners Alexandru Birsan and Olga Nita and Associates Anca Badescu and Rares Crasmaru.
Filip & Company did not respond to our inquiry on the deal.
