Bogdan Bularda has been promoted to Partner with Grecu & Asociatii in Romania.
Specializing in intellectual property law, Bularda joined Grecu & Asociatii over ten years ago, and had been heading its IP department "for a long time," according to the firm, as a Senior Associate.
Mihaela Balau and Alexandra Florescu were promoted to Senior Associate during the same promotion round.
