RTPR Advises Integral Venture Partners on Investment in Medima Health

Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised Integral Venture Partners on its investment in Medima Health. Schoenherr reportedly advised Medima Health majority shareholder Morphosis Capital Fund I.

"Integral Venture Partners thus joins Morphosis Capital, the majority shareholder of Medima Health, to support the expansion of Medima clinics," RTPR informed. "This transaction also marks the first investment made by Integral Venture Partners in Romania."

Integral Venture Partners is a CEE-focused private equity fund. Morphosis Capital is a private and growth equity fund.

Medima Health operates a chain of medical clinics specializing in imaging and radiology in Romania.

"Morphosis Capital invested in Medima in September 2020, pledging to develop a significant player in imagining and radiology services with a regional presence across Romania, with a mission to democratize access to quality imaging equipment and infrastructure," Integral Venture Partners announced. "With the new capital raised from Integral, Medima aims to more than double its network in Romania in the medium term focusing on organic expansion as well as M&A."

The RTPR team included Managing Partner Costin Taracila, Partner Roxana Ionescu, Managing Associates Marina Fecheta-Giurgica, Diana Dimitriu, Cezara Urzica, and Andrei Tosa, Senior Associates Vlad Stamatescu and Ana Maria Barbu, Associate Serban Halmagean, and Junior Associates Flavia Mincu, Filip Marinau, and Ozana Ghic.
