EY Romania affiliated law firm Bancila Diaconu si Asociatii Managing Partner Radu Diaconu has become a Partner with EY Romania, within the Tax and Legal consultancy department.
According to EY Romania, Diaconu specializes in “business consultancy and has a professional experience of over 15 years, out of which the last nine in EY.”
Diaconu, an M&A expert, became the Managing Partner of Bancila Diaconu si Asociatii in November 2020 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 11, 2020) and leads the firm's legal consultancy division. Prior to joining his current team in 2013, he spent a year and a half with Linklaters and almost five years with RTPR. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Bucharest and a PhD from the Academia de Studii Economice in Bucharest.
