Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Romanian Business Consult on its acquisition of SmartPay Software. Tudorache & Associates reportedly advised SmartPay Software on the deal.
Romanian Business Consult provides retail and banking IT solutions and has been operating for over 30 years.
SmartPay Software is a software company with expertise in developing solutions for the payment processing industry.
According to PNSA, “through this acquisition, the RBC group consolidates its presence in the IT solutions in banking and electronic payments. The two companies will continue to operate as separate entities, but pursuing the same mission and the same business values, maintaining the structure of employees and management, the diversity of IT solutions, and the types of services offered.”
