Filip & Company has advised the Holcim Group on the acquisition of General Beton Romania. Antico & Partners and Gianni & Origoni reportedly advised the seller.

Founded in 1998, General Beton Romania specializes in concrete production and sales and provides logistical and laboratory services.

Holcim is a Switzerland-headquartered company that specializes in the building materials industry. The group employs over 70,000 people in four business segments, including cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, and solutions & products.
