Catted Group is a Romanian group of companies operating in the real estate sector.
Libra Bank, based in Bucharest, was founded in 1996 as Banca Romana Pentru Relansare Economica. It is a member of New Century Holdings.
Earlier this year, Musat & Asociatii advised Catted on its sale of a logistics park to Globalworth (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 14, 2022).
Musat & Asociatii’s team included Partner Monia Dobrescu and Senior Associate Cristian Cepesi.
