Stratulat Albulescu has advised Element Industrial on the lease of 16,000 square meters of warehouse space in Eli Park 3 to Ferro Romania.
Element Group company Element Industrial specializes in the logistics market. Element Group is a Romanian real estate investment and development company focused on commercial & residential real estate in Romania.
Ferro Romania is the local division of the Polish Ferro group. The group manufactures sanitary and installation fittings in Central and Eastern Europe.
"The lease adds a significant anchor to Element Industrial’s portfolio and fits in the mix of tenants that the developer has targeted since its inception," Stratulat Albulescu informed.
