CEE Attorneys/Boanta, Gidei si Asociatii has advised Holde Agri Invest on the acquisition of a 2,100-hectare farm in Dambovita county, Romania.
According to CEE Attorneys, “the value of the transaction is RON 10.25 million, of which Holde Agri will effectively pay RON 250.000 and the remaining RON 10 million are debts that will be taken over by Holde Agri, with the aim of being significantly reduced over the next four years, based on a recovery program planned by the group. The farm has its own base and machinery fleet, which is to be modernized in line with Holde Group's operational standards.”
