Grecu & Asociatii has advised Romania-Insider.com on Marius Istrate's investment in the media company.
According to Grecu & Asociatii, “Marius Istrate has become the fourth-largest shareholder in the Romanian-based niche media company, which serves readers around the world. He joined co-founders Corina Chirileasa and Volker Moser, who started the project in 2010, and the investor and serial entrepreneur, Gregoire Vigroux, who invested in the company in the first round in 2017.”
