Sirbu & Vornicu Law has advised the Kesz Group on its acquisition of a 16,000 square-meter plot in Bucharest from Radox founder Cornel Rosu. Nagy & Associates reportedly also advised Kesz.
The Kesz Group is a construction industry company operating in Hungary and CEE. Its residential project portfolio in Romania includes One Herastrau Park, One Charles de Gaulle, One Mircea Eliade, Riviera Luxury Residence Cluj, and Prima Residence Oradea.
Radox is a manufacturer of thermal and air conditioning equipment.
