Stratulat Albulescu has advised Catalyst Romania Fund II on leading a EUR 1.7 million financing round for Code of Talent. Albusel reportedly advised Code of Talent on the deal.
Code of Talent is a SaaS platform that helps employees acquire and apply knowledge in real-time. Catalyst Romania is a venture capital investor in Romanian technology companies.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, the financing “will be used to accelerate the global expansion of the Code of Talent and to expand its presence in key markets, increase the number of strategic partnerships and add new clients to its portfolio. In addition to Catalyst Romania, the round also included Seedblink and the investment fund Roca X.”
Stratulat Albulescu’s team included Partner Cristina Man and Associate Roxana Ioncu.
