Stratulat Albulescu has advised Global Resolution Experts on the sale of a majority stake to Bittnet Systems. Pop & Partners reportedly advised Bittnet Systems on the deal.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, Global Resolution Experts, or GRX, founded in 2015 by Cristian Sandescu and Mihnea Calin, offers professional and customized services in the field of cyber security to large clients in Romania and the EU.
Bittnet Systems is a part of the Bittnet Group that has been in the Romanian IT market for over 25 years, positioning as an IT training provider and an integrator of IT services and solutions. According to Stratulat Albulescu, “a primarily Romanian-owned company, Bittnet Systems is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s main market.”
Following the completion of the transaction, the founders of GRX will continue to own 26% of the company.
