CMS has advised Libra Internet Bank on a EUR 40 million bond issuance.
The private placement was carried out by global coordinator and manager Raiffeisen Bank and manager Alpha Bank Romania, with the listing of the bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange done with the support of Alpha Bank Romania.
According to CMS, “the bonds have a nominal value of EUR 100,000, with a seven-year maturity, on September 28, 2028, and a fixed coupon rate of 4.25% per year. The bonds are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange from December 3, 2021.”
CMS’s team included Senior Associates Adina Nanescu, Claudia Popescu, Elena Andrei, Valentina Parvu, Associates Catalin Vasile, Mircea Ciuta, and Lawyers Tudor Naftica, Diana Rotaru, Loredana Barbu, Anna Morogai, Tatiana Casapciuc, and Alexandru Dumitrescu.
